Refund policy

At Nature's Jewels by Christine, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in creating unique, handcrafted jewelry and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of the shipment date for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the shipment date.
• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
